Cancellation Policies


We are committed to providing all clients with exceptional care. Less than a 24-hour notice prevents availability for both you and others. If you need to change/cancel your appointment, please call My Serenity Spa & Wellness at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.


*Less than a 24-hour notification will  result in a charge of 50% for the missed appointment. 

*No-shows will be charged 100% of the missed appointment. 

*15 minutes late may result in a missed appointment or reduced services pending availabilty. A 50% charge will apply if your appointment needs to be rescheduled. 


Pamper Me Parties require a minimum 72-hour cancellation notice to avoid a $100 charge.

Weddings require a minimum 30-day cancellation notice or deposit is non-refundable.
