We are committed to providing all clients with exceptional care.

Less than a 24-hour notice prevents availability for both you and others. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call or text My Serenity Spa & Wellness at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation  Policies: 

*Less than a 24-hour notification will  result in a charge of 50% for the missed appointment 

*No-shows will be charged 100% of the missed appointment. 

*15 minutes late may result to reschedule appointment  or reduced services pending availability. A 50% charge will apply if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.
