*Masks are Mandatory. No Exceptions
*Text me when you arrive
*Fill out the clip board closest to you in the mailbox when you arrive for sanitization reasons.
*Wait in your car with your clip board. I will text you when to come in. The door will be locked. Bring your clipboard with you to the door.
*Have your Mask on Prior to entering the spa.
*Forehead temperatures  will be taken at the door. No Exceptions 
*Hands will be Sanitized as you enter and prior to leaving the spa room. No Exceptions.
*E-Transfers Only! Must be sent prior to leaving the spa or before entering to: myserenityspa@hotmail.com


Spa allows only one person in the spa at a time unless you are from the same house hold to maintain social distancing and disinfection control.

All surfaces are sanitized prior to the next client entering the spa

Cancellation  Policies


​During Covid 19 Pandemic the Cancellation Portion of the Policy Will Not Apply. The Cancellation Policy Will Resume Once the Pandemic is Over.

24Hrs Cancellation Would Be Greatly Appreciated. 


We are committed to providing all clients with exceptional care. Less than a 24-hour notice prevents availability for both you and others. If you need to change/cancel your appointment, please call My Serenity Spa & Wellness at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.


*Less than a 24-hour notification will  result in a charge of 50% for the missed appointment. 

*No-shows will be charged 100% of the missed appointment. 

*15 minutes late may result in a missed appointment or reduced services pending availability. A 50% charge will apply if your appointment needs to be rescheduled. 


Weddings require a minimum 30-day cancellation notice or deposit is non-refundable.
